Some video from a Capital Classic practice. You get to see Mitchell, Cassell, Allen and Dodd in action. Nice interview at the end with Dodd, Allen and Cassell.
Allen looks to be in good form after recovering from his injury. SCJ had a really good stroke and ran the floor well. Dodd is really long but seems a bit slow footed.
Can't wait to see these guys in Maryland unis...hopefully that will include SCJ.
