Well anyone that think the staff is set on 1 or 2 PG targets in 2013 is sadly mistaken. Here is the weekly recruiting round up provided by Matt Bracken. MD has offered another 2013 PG by the name of Corban Collins. Im not sure if the player is undervalued or what the deal is. ESPN has him as an 81. Rivals has him as N/R.
The Greensboro (N.C.) News & Record reports that 2013 point guard Corban Collins has landed three ACC offers, including one from the Terps.
The 6-foot-3, 190 pound point guard played his senior season at Massanutten Military Academy in Woodstock, Va., where he averaged 25 points, eight assists and six rebounds for a team that went 26-8 and reached the National Prep Elite Eight. Collins has offers from Virginia, Virginia Tech and Maryland, but will remain at Massanutten for a post graduate season.
I find comfort that other ACC teams are on him. Thats pretty much all I have this week. There really isnt anything else to the BRacken article but I have attached the link anyway below.
My gut still says that the twins end up at kentucky, Jordan at Temple, Sina at Butler, Ennis at Cuse... Pookie (MD I hope). I dont want to go any further down the list than Pookie.
It might be fun do to a PG prediction. Someone keep track of all of the targets and we guess on where they will end up. I DO NOT VOLUNTEER To keep the spreadsheet.
