He is, by all accounts, the best TE coming out of high school since Kyle Rudolph back in 2008. He's choosing between Ohio State, Penn State, Notre Dame, and, yes, Maryland. He's been to College Park at least half a dozen times now, and I'd say Maryland has a much better chance than, say, Notre Dame. But beating out Ohio State will be difficult, and Penn State might be downright impossible - he's been considered a PSU lean for awhile and then Bill O'Brien is probably selling him on the whole "next Gronkowski" thing. (I wonder if we can sell that we had all of his brothers.) Still, Maryland has a chance at it. Landing a prospect like Breneman would be ridiculous, not least because it'd continue Maryland's recruiting momentum on the trail.
