PrintSounds like five-star Stefon Diggs is legitimately up in the air. There's a lot of bad info on Twitter, but I consider @rivalsmike to be a pretty good source. He Tweets:

Makes it sound like the Terps are very much in the mix, with this thing going down to the wire. Having Wes Brown + Locksley + the last visit can't hurt. Announcement on CSN also bodes well.
Hope he joins #terpnation. This kid is a program changer.
