Diggs On Campus

Does anyone know how the visit with Diggs went? I wasn't at the game to check out the student action. From what I could see on TV the student section seemed filled and rockin'(Props). But I didn't see any "Can U Digg It" signage or any other variations on that theme displayed on TV. I hope there were some chants during timeouts and that anyone in contact with him made him feel extremely wanted by Terp Nation. If there is anyone out there with any insight, please feel free to divulge your info. Thanks in advance!

He seemed to enjoy the attention

When the students chanted “we want Stefon” a few times during timeouts he always stood up and acknowledged them. Seems he was messaging on his phone a lot, but I’m not sure what they may have said since I don’t follow that stuff. Hopefully someone else can fill us in on his comments and when he’s gonna sign with us!

My seats are right where the recruits always are. They are all usually texting or tweeting. Not that big of a deal.

I saw at least one

Can you Digg it sign and heard a few chants but was otherwise too wrapped up in the game to catch much else.

There were a few signs: “Can you Diggs It?” and “ACC Champs 2013 I Can Digg It” and this flyer. And then a few chants, “We Want Stefon” and one where one side said “Stefon” and the other said “Diggs”. Seemed like he was enjoying himself.

There were plenty of posters but a lot got confiscated for having his name

Also lots of chants but many came in warmups or during timeouts so you wouldn’t have heard them on TV. He acknowledged us probably with a stand and wave 5-10 times, if not more.

This was obv. before he even visited so maybe we do have a good shot. Hopefully someone has some news tommorow about how he like the visit
