He's basically a gametime decision based on an ankle sprain he sustained during NC's games vs. Wake on Tuesday this week. Even if he plays, it looks like he won't be 100%. Maybe it doesn't make a big difference given NC's depth, but he is the Tar Heel's leading scorer, so if he can't go, it does open the door a bit for the Terps.
Also, what are the chances Len starts? He played decently vs. Miami, and his size will be needed in a big way vs. NC's big front line. Turge has definitely shown that he's willing to switch up the starting lineup to maximize matchups. This also seems to suggest that Weijs may see a bump in minutes. When he and Len were on the court at the same time during the Miami game, they didn't play half bad together.
And who will NC put on Stoglin? Kendall Marshall seems like he's too slow to guard the ACC's leading scorer. Stogs will need to have a big game for MD to win, regardless, but I don't know who on NC can guard him effectively.
