Terps Best Georgetown (non-revenue update)

#7 Men's Lacrosse beat Georgetown (at Georgetown) 16-11 last night. Although the scoreline doesn't show it, Maryland dominated the game. They had a 10 goal lead with 4:25 left in the game and brought out starting goalie Niko Amato. Joe Cummings had 6 points and Curtis Holmes went 15-27 at the face-off X.

In other Terps news:

Softball beat Wisconsin 4-3

Baseball beat Western Carolina 3-0

Women's Water Polo beat Brown 12-7

Indoor Track went to the ACC Championships and had a decent showing, both teams finished 8th. The women's team had the 2-3-4 finishers in the high jump. Kyle Graves finished 7th in the mile for the men.

Once again look to the positives of Maryland Athletics to erase the horrendous memories the basketball team likes to leave us with.
