It's Early, but What About 2014?

I'm relatively new with fanposts so if this really isn't that great I apologize, and I'm definitely not trying to compete with bball purist and Charlotte terp for recruiting posts.

I was on ESPN today and I was just checking out the 2014 top 25 recruits. So here are the ones that I want to know all of your opinions, what you think our chances of getting them are, and whether or not well need them in 14.

1. Dwayne Morgan: Baltimore City College High School, Baltimore Maryland

Looks pretty solid but with the addition of Layman who plays relatively the same position I don't really like the chances of Maryland getting him, or whether or not Turgeon and co. will even pursue him to play at the small forward position, but then again its extremely hard to imagine local talent of this caliber not being pursued. That being said I wouldn't be against Maryland using a tall lanky lineup similar to what Baylor puts on the floor with him and Layman playing the 2 and 3 slots. ( Looking forward to some thoughts from someone who's seen the kid play.)

2. Noah Vonleh: New Hampton School, Haverhill Mass.

Obviously a dream prospect but I thought I would include him due to the recent success Maryland had in recruiting Layman I think it would be great if Maryland could start recruiting the New England region seeing as some really good prospects have been coming out of the region. I think he would be a great fit in Turgeon's system and obviously an instant starter.

3. Wayne Seldon: The Tilton School, Boston Mass.

Big, strong, and incredibly physical for a shooting guard. To be honest I like Seldon better than any of the recruits I've seen to date; besides maybe Aaron Gordon who is just on another level as far as physical tools go. Seldon plays tough and would love to see him in a Maryland uniform with the hopes that Maryland can once again have Spinelli or even Bino and Hill work their magic in the New England.

4. Theo Pinson: Wesleyan Christian, Greensboro N.C

Good looking shooting guard, with a wiry frame. With Stoglin leaving I feel he would be an excellent player to start recruiting hard because the guy can score, I mean he can score and posses that swagger that players like Stoglin and Vasquez have. It would be great to steal one from the tobacco road school territory for once and give em a taste of their own medicine.

Those are all the players I feel we could use, looking forward to knowing what everyone else thinks.

( I didn't include JaQuel Richmond just for the sheer fact im extremely confident that the 2013 class is going to fill the PG needs)
