A few weeks ago I noticed that Rivals listed 5-star wing Rashad Vaughn as having "high" interest in UMD. Ranked #12 nationally, that's at least mildly encouraging, considering Maryland was the only school listed in which he had "high" interest.
Then I noticed IMS claims he has "warm" interest in UMD, along with Kentucky and Texas. That's even more encouraging, considering IMS has his level of interest in the likes of UNC, Kansas, Louisville, Wisconsin, and his home-state school of Minnesota listed as "cool".
I'm not sure if there any "connections" to the DMV area, or if Bino is just doing his normal (bang-up) job, but at 6'6", this kid is the real deal. This kid might just be worth waiting for.
