Maryland to get front-loaded deal from B1G
It is an interesting story on how the move came to be, but the big take away is that Loh worked out the deal so that the move is heavily front loaded with UMD receiving $32 million in the first year we join the B1G. Additionally, we wont be slowly introduced into the B1G like Nebraska was and Rutgers will be. It is a pretty good job by Loh to work out this deal.
