Did Rush To the B1G Break State Law?

According to a story yesterday in the Washington Post, the University of Maryland's process to approve the school's move to the Big Ten may have broken Maryland's open-meetings law.

Of the 14 Board of Regents members to vote on the matter, former Terps baasketball star and congressman from the state, Tom McMillen, cast the lone dissenting vote, specifically, he said, because he felt like the BoR should have had "more of a process".

It's unclear what, if any, action will be taken at this point.
