I said in a previous thread that the NC State game will teach us a great deal about the Maryland basketball team. This was a game I wasn't expecting to fall into the "W" column, so to that extent I'm not disappointed. I had hoped we would be competitive, and indeed we were.

What, if anything, did we learn about the Terps as it relates to ACC-level competition this season? Are you more - or less - encouraged now than you were before the NC State game? Does the five-point loss to the Wolfpack force you to re-evaluate how we'll do in the ACC? And finally, how good do you think NCS is? Are they in the top 3 teams in the ACC? Top 4? Top 5?
