How does West Virginia' move to the Big12 affect our football rivalry? We have a contract through 2017.
They are looking into buying out their September game with Florida State, which will cost them $350K. This is if they are playing a BIG 12 schedule. If they are playing Big East then the game would still be on.
I don't know if things are different between a home-home contract vs. a long term contract.
So how is our contract/rivalry affected by their conference move?
