It was quite the weekend, was it not? Things are finally calming down around here, so let's get back to the MM. First some good news, then some bad.

Behind Ahead of BYU, Iowa, Notre Dame, Michigan, and Pitt. A win against West Virginia - currently at #19 - gets this team ranked for sure.

Or so he says. Good news.

Stinebaugh's season is done, unfortunately; his spot at tight end behind Matt Furstenburg will be picked up by Devonte Campbell and probably walk-on Kyle Schlothauer. Ross' status isn't yet determined, but it doesn't sound great.

Edsall says the recruits were "in awe." I don't know if you that far, but yeah, they seemed to like them.

First of all .... let's not use that picture again. Secondly:

"I think I belong in the [Atlantic Coast Conference],’’ Layman said. "My relationship with the coaching staff is really strong and I spent a lot of time with the players and they’re real good guys. I have an opportunity to be an impact player my freshman year and the Comcast Center [in College Park] is amazing - it’s huge compared to somewhere like Boston College, and that’s what I loved about it.’’
