In a mailbag yesterday Rivals' Mike Farrell said Trey Edmunds (4-star LB, Rivals 250, Ferrell's son) is close to a decision between Uva, VT, NC & Terps. Would be our highest-ranked Rivals player (he's 196, Madaras is 230) and 2nd 4-star (or third if you go by ESPN who gave Brigham a 4-star rating). Edmunds would be an awesome get by any standard. You have to think UNC has fallen off because of their NCAA issues right? So hopefully it's a 3-dog race and we can bag another big-time recruit for those of us who value the rankings -- not trying to bait anyone. In any case, he and Brock Dean would be a nifty little pair of LBs to reel in. Go get 'em Randy.
