Maryland's own Blind Side story

Former Heisman candidate and Maryland stud, Charlie Wysocki's difficult life story.

His beginnings were not unlike Michael Oher's, and he was nearly unstoppable for the Terps, but their stories certainly diverged after college ball ended.

Very powerful story that is about more than just football and is definitely worth a read, even if it is a bit long.

Also, reading this makes it easier to understand why some guys just really want to get away from home to play ball, no matter how hard the local team recruits them.
