OK, can someone tell me what Calhoun promises top tier kids to get them to go to UCONN? I mean seriously! The guy is dirty as hell. The program is corrupt and suffering violations. And yet, somehow, Andre Drummond decides he's going to UCONN instead of playing at a prep school for a year as previously announced. He may even be paying his own way and walking on because UCONN is over their scholarship limit.
Someone explain this to me. Why can't they nail Calhoun, Calipari, and other repeat offenders? How about a one and done for coaches? This is the kind of crap Gary used to talk about in addition to the AAU ass kissing a coach had to endure. It was never about what was best for the players. So yeah, explain this to me. Is it just that Drummond wants a Natty and the exposure that brings and he figures UCONN is his best chance, even if he has to pay to play?
