This was a great article in the Baltimore Sun and I believe Ben will have this in his next Maryland Minute, but thought it will sober some up on recruits rankings and how much that has effected MD.

This is to show you that not all the talented recruits make an impact with our team. In fact the most highly touted recruits in the late Friedgen Era didnt even make it past a couple of games.

I thought there were some major names that sobered me up. Travis Hawkins, Caleb Porzel Zach Brown, Javarie Johnson. All these names should ring a bell, all these players were the most highly touted recruits in the past four years and none of them played more then a year if that.
