Scout released their class of 2013 top 100 list.  Between all of the 5 star prospects that we are involved with in 2011 and all of the 5 stars we are recruiting in 2012.... to be honest I am baffeled.  Turge & Co. have changed the recruiting culture already.  I dont really have anything else to say.... the list of players we are pursuing speaks for itself.

Here is the list of players that MD is actively pursuing. 

Andrew Harrison #7 - SG 6'5 Texas

Aaron Harrison #12 - SG 6'5 Texas

Kennedy Meeks #15 - 6'8 C Charlotte

Nate Britt #16 - PG 6'0 Baltimore/PG County

Beejay Anya #24 - C 6'8 PG County

Derrick Griffin #39 - PF 6'6 Texas

Stanford Robinson #56 - SG 6'3 Fairfax VA

Terpnation says that we are also involved with Keith Frazier & Matt Jones, both SG's from Texas.  It seems like Turge has made the SG position his top priority for 2013. 

Based off of the recruits that we are involved with in 2012 and 2013 I think that Turge wants to take 2 PF/C in 2012 and 1 SF.  I think that he wants to add another big man in 2013 coupled with 1-2 SGs/PG.  More and more I think that we will have a 4 man class in 2012 (Allen, Cleare, PF, SF) and save extra spots for 2013.  Ultimately I think that we will land Nate Britt, SG, & PF/C. 

Based off of this list we are involved with 4 of the top 16 players.  Crazy.

It seems like Turge is going to actively pursue the Texas pipeline.  How successful do you guys think MD will be?
