Its Thursday lets talk Basketball - McGary, Prince, Bullock, & FSU

I was hoping one of the Admins was going to do an article on basketball but I guess they are busy so I will summarize some of the developments that occured this week.

1)  As documented by LetsgotoBentleys the Prince was on campus this week.  For those who dont know he is from Texas and a legitimate 4 star top 60 player in the class of 2012.  Here is some info that I have gathered on him.  SICK DUNKS.  I dont know who #1 is in black but I want the kid.  The reverse alley-oop is just plain filthy.

2)  Not only was Prince on campus so was Rodney Bullock who is a rising Junior (2013).  Here is the article reporting it and here is ESPN's eval on him.  He is from Hampton VA and is currently ranked an 88 overall and the #34 PF.  It's still VERY early and the MD article makes it seem as if he will naturally transfer from PF to a 6-9 SF.  YES PLEASE!

3)  FSU gains one and loses another for 2011.  They lost Aaron Thomas the #71 player in the country for 2011.  A SG who was ranked a 94 overall.  Thomas will be headed to Brewster Academy to play with none other than Mitch McGary.  Ty Warren of 2012 will also head to Brewster and they should form whats known as the big 3 of high school basketball.  Back to FSU, they landed Jeff Peterson who will have one year of eligibility left.  Peterson attended DeMatha High school and has been somewhat of a journeyman over the past few years.  Last year he played for Arkansas and averaged 6 ppg and 2 apg.  He will replace Derwin Kitchen at the PG spot most likely.  Attached is Thomas' eval and an article on Peterson.

Here is a write-up on what Brewster will look like next year: http://www.zagsblog.com/2011/06/30/warren-to-brewster-recruiting-roundup/

4)  And last but not least.... I am going to need someones help on this one with a rivals account.  Here is rivals newest article on basketball recruiting.  It is about one of MD targets and I hope the article is about us.  THe headline is "Plenty of Options for Mitch McGary"  the description of the article is :Five-star big man Mitch McGary has had a breakout spring and an explosion in his recruitment. One school in particular is putting on the full-court press.

Can someone help to give a description of what rivals is documenting?  I know a few weeks ago in an interview McGary said we were putting on the full court press so I am guessing rivals is just reiterating that interview but I was hoping there was a new development.
