I'm guessing that K Anderson will talk to Nick and Sterling with the staff and say that until the new coach is found and they get to talk to him, they will not release them from NLI.  I think whoever is hired will be able to convince the guys to stay on and get the new era started off right.

And firegary, as you underestimated coach's value to the players getting to the next level that they appear to have 2nd thoughts with coach leaving.  So even if BRK did the yeoman's recruiting work, they still came for Gary too! All the best for Coach Williams - too bad Debbie wore him out!!!
