I was/am a big fan of Gary.  Very sad to see him go, but love Turg.  As happens all the time when a great leader leaves and a new apparent great leader replaces him/her, there is going to be a ton of turmoil.  And boy, have we got it.  Let's all step back and absorb all the positives, new staff, and negatives, possibly losing recruits that we have all falling in love with, and if they go, booo the hell out of them when they play against us, but don't trash them.  After all, it is THIER LIFE, and they are making the best informed decision they can possibly make about their, operatvie word their, future.

If JA leaves, we will have a big hole to fill, but all we can do is wish him well, and trust that Turg and staff will get a great replacement.
