I don't mind losing Gibbs nearly as much as Faust and Breunig, but we need all the help we can get so this isn't great news.  I think the Turg is a good long term hire to replace Gary.  As good as we could have expected (I never believed Miller was coming...).  But right now, I hope he has the sense to act with a sense of urgency - get the staff in place, get the recruits back, get to work!!
