The one thing I can't do is act like I know what I'm talking about when I don't. If I think something another program does can make my team better, I'll add it in. Not everybody is like that. Gary Williams at Maryland wouldn't, because he doesn't change anything. Ever. But even Coach K began to play pockets of zone after working with Jim Boeheim at the 2008 Olympics. The key is understanding what you're doing, because if your kids ask questions, your telling them, "I'll have to get back to you on that" undermines your effectiveness.
