Gary Parrish reports the "mini-hammer" will come down...It's been a while now, but we all know Shady C has arrogantly thumbed his nose at all detractors, and turned the other way while while his miscreant assistants violated the rules. The penalty seems too light for me. compare it to many other penalties and their violations, and I think it's not enough...
