Maryland sophomore guard Terrell Stoglin was named Atlantic Coast Conference Player of the Week on Monday after averaging 28 points and four rebounds as the Terrapins split a pair of games. The conference's leading scorer (22.4points per game), Stoglin opened the week with a 25-point, three-rebound effort in a 71-62 loss to Illinois. In Sunday's 78-71 win over Notre Dame in the BB&T Classic, Stoglin had a game-high 31 points, hitting on 11 of 20 shots from the field and pulling down five rebounds.
