Maryland loses three-star DE commitment ... less than two weeks after he committed
Less than two weeks after committing to the #Terps, DeShawn Dowdy has de-committed from Maryland. Says he plans to stay in-state (Ohio).

It's DeShawn Dowdy, an Ohioan who committed to Maryland on Thanksgiving. The way things are falling apart right now are a little comical. Truth be told, it's a little unfair to pin this on Edsall: this smells like he didn't know where he wanted to go. When Madaras or Brigham decommit, then there'll be something. Still, at best Dowdy counts as a miss, and probably as a miss Maryland's staff should've landed. Anyway, does he get included in the Transfer Count?
