Okay, we all know D.J. is transferring, and I think we're all in agreement that his playing time this year (actually, lack thereof) is one of the most baffling issues from this past football season. He showed a lot of class in wishing the team (and Edsall) the best of luck, yet the head honcho still hasn't responded. I know you can't believe everything you read, but is there any truth to the rumor that D.J. bleached his hair blonde at the start of practice this year and it didn't sit well with the fearless leader, hence his lack of time? I've read this on blogs/reader responses since the football season ended and am wondering if this is really legit. I would LIKE TO THINK that if D.J. did bleach his hair it wouldn't be that big a deal; but then again, as Clark Griswold said: "If I woke up tomorrow with my head sewn to the carpet I wouldn't be any more surprised than I am right now."
