For those that are tired of the Penn State and Randy Edsall post after post I thought I would change the subject.  Another Domino is about to fall this Thursday the 10th at noon.  Unfortunately it is not good news for the Terps I would imagine.  While Robert Carter did visit MD, we havent been extremely involved recently.

I would imagine that he will be going to Florida.  I hope he stays away from FSU.  This guy is a monster and I would prefer not to play against him at either FSU or GA Tech. 

Unfortunately, this is just what I feared was going to happen about a month and half ago.  McGary indicated that we werent going to be a favorite, we really didnt have that good of a presence with Carter, and Jefferson was all over the place.  Now McGary is at Michigan, Carter will pick a school not named MD, Jefferson is possibly favoring NC State, and we havent heard anything about our only other top 100 PF option Charles Mitchell.  I wish we would have gone full speed ahead at Mitchell.  The latest I heard he was a Seton Hall lean, which one would think we definately could have out recruited. 

I have no idea whats going on with Torian Graham.  Maybe it would be best at this point if Jefferson did pick NC State so Torian Graham would be out of the picture.  Everything I have read indicates that there is one available scholarship and Jefferson has first dibs on it.  If he picks state Graham could lean to MD. 

What once seemed like endless options is now dwindling extremely fast.  Some pointed out months ago that while it was great to be involved with so many elite players maybe that wasnt the best scenario.  Were we spreading ourselves to thin?  Hind sight is 20/20, but it appears that this could be the correct answer. 

Not the good news I wanted to provide, especially with the football crap going on, but it is what it is.  Maybe we will be totally shocked and he picks MD on Thursday.  Either way, we will know shortly.
