Recruiting Grade

All three of Maryland's 2012 recruits signed LOIs on the first day of the early signing period, and that trio has the Terps ranked as a Top 20 recruiting class. That's in addition to landing Alex Len and Nick Faust in the 2011 class. But since Jake Layman committed after the Miami football game on Labor Day weekend, we've whiffed - for a variety of reasons - on Jerami Grant, Christian Sanders, Elijah Macon, Mitch McGary, Robert Carter, and Terry Henderson. And Torian Graham and Amile Jefferson are not likely to become Terps. Some are clearly disappointed we haven't landed at least one more highly-rated recruit, while others are not only pleased with the overall recruiting effort to date, but would prefer we stop where we are, based on the prospects still available on the board. What grade would you give the staff for the success of their recruiting efforts so far?
