Diamond (really?) Leung did a story about Baru comparing him to Michael Oher of the Baltimore Ravens and the blind side. To a less knowledgeable public the two stories do share a story about a kid who had very little being taken in by a well off family and then striving for success in a popular American sport. The part that he dashes over too quickly is the fact that the Branin kid is getting a full ride without being deserving of one. The story does quote Cremins as saying that Branin isn't D1 material "yet". What do you guys think? I think it turned out better for us in the long run because we got Shaq and he could possibly help us grab the twins, but this story is just not right.
