Seems like it's an opinion that's becoming more and more common out there.  Bud Carrington thinks so, along with some recruiting experts, and that gives solid footing to the theory.  Bud is going to be one of Turge and the staff's "buds" these upcoming years.  I think I've got to go real ol' skool for this (modified) Casablanca quote: "Bud, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship." lol
