Unless their is a major setback, expect Randy Edsall to be the next Maryland Head Coach. There is a rumor which was confirmed by Chick Hernandez, that by 5pm today Maryland will offer Randy Edsall the job and he is said to accept.
He certainly doesn't have Mike Leach's bravado but I have known Randy for a long long time and if this comes to be, we should be very happy. Hopefully, he uses his pro contacts and brings in one hell of a staff.
