He’s a blue-collar, hard-hitting throwback player who should shine in his senior season and the second year in coordinator Don Brown’s defense. He became more than just a tackling machine in the previous season and showed he was capable of game-changing plays.

Normally, you'd think an assistant coach would be chomping at the bit to be MD's next coach. But Van Arsdale is like a second head coach at UVA and he's been there forever. The list of candidates seems to get less impressive by the day.
