6/25 at 11:54 am: sunjeffbarker: Maryland said it confirmed Yow's hiring with N.C. State. Yow will be made available to the media in a conference call late this afternoon.

— Looks like it's official. Still a little shocking to me but if any place had a chance to pulling her away from Maryland, it was NC State. More to come following the 2:00 PM press conference.
