ACC Tourney and recruits?
Does anyone know if you are allowed to host recruits for the ACC tourney? I was just thinking this would be a great opportunity for some of the recruits in NC to see an ACC tourney atmosphere and allow us some more face time with one CJ Leslie. Since he only lives like 1 1/2 hrs away from the venue. I don't know if that is allowed though or if it is against any NCAA rules. Let me know if you are aware of any regulations that might prohibit this. Thanks!

Not sure
I could’ve sworn that a school wasn’t allowed to have contact with a school at another’s school campus (I think UNCG plays in the Greensboro Coliseum, so we wouldn’t be allowed to talk to recruits while there) but Leslie obviously stopped over during the N.C. State game.
I do know that recruits can attend any game they choose, and how the school decides to divy up their tickets is up to them. Whether that actually means they could give tickets to recruits like they do for home games, I’m not sure. I don’t think it’s a huge deal, because contact would be minimal and the biggest thing is getting them on campus.
I’ll see if I can find anything concrete.
I'm pretty sure you can't
that would be an unacceptable gift i think much like a final four ticket would be
of course leslie can buy a ticket if he wants to
and i want to emphasize i’m not 100 percent sure but I’ve never heard of it and i’d be absolutely shocked if you can
