I can't even think

about what I’m going to do when Gary retires. I’ll seriously cry and I really think Maryland basketball will almost mean a little less to me. I don’t know. I can’t think about it.

I love Gary, but I don't think I'll ever reach that level

Maybe because I grew up reading about Len Bias and Lefty Driesell and listening to tales of their greatness, but I’ll never forget that there was an amazing program here before Gary. And for all he’s done for it, he’s not above it. I might shed a tear, but I’ll move on quickly. It would probably be what he wanted.
