Obama picks Michigan State to beat Maryland in the second round. OK, that's his perogative. He's been wrong so many times before, what's one more. But listen to his rationale: " Maryland's got a great player, but Michigan State has a great coach." Just how many National Championships do you have to win to be a "great coach". By the way, I haven't heard about anybody in Obama's family winning any National Championships. Anybody up for a march on the White House?

I used to be indifferent about Obama's presidency.

he was talking in soundbites man…i’m sure if someone mentioned GW coaches MD and has a natty he would have come up with some other reason…
why focus on the knock by omission rather than the high praise for GV

Who cares? Wow Obama picked UNC to win last year he MUST know what he is talking about. Oh wait, everyone and their step-uncles picked UNC to win last year.

Im neither in love with him nor do I really dislike him,

It is worth mentioning...
…but not getting upset over. It is an oversight and an indirect slight to GW, but let’s face it…it was probably written for him and put on the teleprompter.

Im sure that had the man reminded him of Gary Williams, he would have accepted and given another reason as to why he deems the Spartans superior. All in all, its really nothing to get fired up over. Lest we have some Gary-bashers who criticize him for not being able to get a mention by the president.
And he did call Greivis the best player…maybe MSU feels that Kalin Lucas was dissed as well. Haha.

Besides, even though I think we will win, and he blasphemed Gary, he could be right about the outcome.
