Maryland to hold News Conference at 3:00 to Discuss Football Program
I guess we'll finally find out what's going on at 3:00 today. It will be interesting to see if Friedgen is there or not and whether they name a successor at that time...

Ralph with coach the bowl game but due to the fact he didn’t agree to the buyout he will be fired after that game.

I appreciate what Fridge did for us, but it’s time to move on. No more playing “not to lose”… Leach: Please take us to the promised land!
Press Conference
I would be surprised if ML is announced as HC at the PC. It may be in the best interest of the Program to wait until the MB is over.

But if Leach is not the number one option, KA will have to address that at the conference call today. “Leach To MD” has taken on a life of its own, and another 10 days of all the hype would be brutal to not come to fruition. So, if KA does not dispute that Mike Leach is the first option, I’ll take it as confirmation that he is.
