I just saw a Nike commerical advertising for their new "Hyperwarm" clothing products. They are obviously trying to compete with Under Amour's Thermal clothing. I thought that Under Armour had a patent on their thermal technology. Does anyone know? (I friggin HATE Nike. I refuse to buy ANY Nike products for the rest of my life)
