All white everything

Basically the inverse of Jay-Z today for Maryland.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 12:37 PM EST reply actions

Not a good start

That’s an understatement, too.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 1:06 PM EST reply actions

Oof

Wujciak got burnt by Bryan.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 1:07 PM EST reply actions

Terrible camera, too

Is this being shot on a handycam?

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 1:09 PM EST reply actions

No huddle

I like it. Devonte Campbell getting involved, too. Pretty cool.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 1:09 PM EST reply actions

Exact same play

Worked again.

Good look seeing Devonte Campbell. Dude’s got talent.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 1:09 PM EST reply actions

And that’s a tie game.

Really nice answering drive. Gonna be lots of offense in this one.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 1:16 PM EST reply actions

Yeah, I know

Sadly, SBN encourages it :(

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 1:32 PM EST reply actions

UP YOURS STATE!

That’s what your punter gets for that acting job he did when he didn’t get hit. Karma baby. Suck it!

by Dave Tucker on Nov 7, 2009 1:37 PM EST reply actions

Anyone see Wujciak's hair?

Switched to cornrows. Pretty terrible decision, IMO.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 1:43 PM EST reply actions

LOL

Agreed. Whatever…if we win, the credit goes to his hair.

by Dave Tucker on Nov 7, 2009 1:47 PM EST up reply actions

Jamarr Robinson sighting

Why the Portis Package? We don’t learn anything with that. Let him throw the ball.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 1:48 PM EST reply actions

Wow

Nice play by Turner there.

by Dave Tucker on Nov 7, 2009 1:54 PM EST reply actions

Two things surprising there

1) We’re winning?

2) We ran the option?

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 1:55 PM EST reply actions

WOOT!

I miss when we had McBrian and use to run the option all the time. Like that naked bootleg in the Peach bowl.

by Dave Tucker on Nov 7, 2009 1:55 PM EST reply actions

Jeebus

Throw up seven more on the scoreboard.

Maryland had 8 guys in coverage and that guy had a four yard cushion! They only have to defend ten yards!

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 2:07 PM EST reply actions

State can't run consistently

But as soon as they start throwing…

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 2:07 PM EST reply actions

Arg,

Justin Lewis completely ruined a great play.

Also, he looks like the girl from Precious. That’s not meant as a slight, but it is a fact.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 2:12 PM EST reply actions

Worst possible scenario

Turner now hurt. Doesn’t look too good.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 2:17 PM EST reply actions

Reverse pass!

TD!

Aw, you’re no fun, refs.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 2:21 PM EST reply actions

Of course...

Because a blocked kick isn’t bad enough. There needs to be a penalty on top of that.

by hyphenated11 on Nov 7, 2009 2:26 PM EST reply actions

We basically just exchanged crappy coaching decisions

NCSt accepted a hold, we called a TO.

We’re even in that category.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 2:34 PM EST reply actions

I can't believe we're losing

I know I’ve said that like 20,000 times this year, but I really can’t believe we’re losing.

by Dave Tucker on Nov 7, 2009 2:42 PM EST reply actions

Eh, I can

I mean, it’s not like NCSt’s a world-beating team, but their offense is much better than ours.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 3:05 PM EST up reply actions

all we heard all spring

was about the NEW amazing defense….well, when we get rid of friedgen guess who else needs to go

by subbll on Nov 7, 2009 3:08 PM EST reply actions

In all fairness

He doesn’t have his guys in. All these guys were recruited to play in Cosh’s sit back and let the other team score points defense. It makes it basically impossible to attack with below-average athletes.

That said, the playcalling has been very suspect today.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 3:10 PM EST up reply actions

Torrey Smith beyotch

TD!

TORREY SMITH MAKES SHIT HAPPEN

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 3:13 PM EST reply actions

ok, ok...

I’ll keep watching for awhile

by subbll on Nov 7, 2009 3:14 PM EST reply actions

15 more minutes

Ferrara’s probably gonna get one more shot. That’s my bold prediction.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 3:38 PM EST reply actions

Extremely important play

Gotta keep it to one score. I have no confidence in Jamarr Robinson leading two drives, but one is possible.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 3:41 PM EST reply actions

Killer penalty

Wujciak just cannot cover in man. Or zone, really.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 3:42 PM EST reply actions

Robinson looking very good right now

Dude’s got the goods. He just needs to get comfortable.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 3:52 PM EST reply actions

Torrey is killing it

Much deserved.

APY #1, regained.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 3:54 PM EST reply actions

Wow

Robinson is pretty damn athletic.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 3:56 PM EST reply actions

Will have five minutes to get a TD

Confident in Robinson now. Not so confident in our defense.

by Ben Broman on Nov 7, 2009 3:58 PM EST reply actions

Don't get that playcall at all

We lost the field position and had no shot at getting the ball. Why?
