T Ross waiting till spring to sign

It appears that Ross will wait till spring to sign....cause for concern? who knows...I am still confident given his coach and the fact that he seems super committed...

Hairston signs with Duke, Ross will wait

Stopped by Montrose Christian on Monday afternoon and saw All-Met forward Josh Hairston sign his National Letter-of-Intent and scholarship papers with Duke. No surprise there.

Of more interest, however, All-Met guard Terrence Ross, who committed to Maryland over the summer, will not sign during the early period that ends Wednesday.

"He's going to wait until the spring," Montrose Christian Coach Stu Vetter said, adding that Ross remains committed to Maryland and that academically he could have signed this week had he chosen.

It begs the question, why did Ross not join the rest of the senior class who had accepted basketball scholarship offers and finalize his college plans? Surely, Maryland would have preferred that Ross sign, thereby reducing the possibility that he could change his mind.

I'm not too concerned

Ross has been huge on the Terps ever since signing. If this was a Selby-type personality, I’d be more worried. Besides, Vetter likes the Terps and I’m sure he wouldn’t let him decommit unless something big happened.

Don’t stress on this. It is generally what Montrose Christian kids do. He will sign in the spring.

T.Ross Rules

So, I just went and looked at video of this athlete. He is going to be amazing. I was a little down about the T. Harris thing and this totally cheered me up. If you have any questions about how good the incoming players are, spend ten minutes on the intertubes learning about this kid.

We are in for a treat.
