Happy Halloween, Terp Fans

Enjoy your Maryland football-less Halloween, everybody. Here's hoping no trick-or-treaters interrupt your viewing of Oregon-USC (go Ducks!).

I know a lot of people are going to be watching horror movies tonight; if Maryland played tonight, I probably would be too.  Instead, I get to go see a real horror movie, like Paranormal Activity. I plan on not sleeping for about 3 weeks.

Paranormal Activity

My daughter is a horror movie fan and most all movies she has seen don’t really affect her. She and her friends went to see this movie last night and I can tell you, I have never seen her and her friends as scared when they got home last night. I mean they were scared to the point where they did not want to go to sleep and one kid was actually shaking as they recounted the movie to me. She watched The Exorcist and thought it was not that scary, and I was affected by that movie when it came out, but this Paranormal movie must be good. Hope you can sleep well.

I'm debating seeing it or not

There’s a matinee showing where I live, so I’d still get to see the USC-Oregon game and be able to drive home when it’s not pitch-black, but I’m not that good with horror movies generally. I’m leaning toward doing it right now.

Anybody watching Iowa?

Good game. Kind of hope they lose, just so I don’t have to put them in the top 10.

You'll know when we know

Visit isn’t over yet.

Still wouldn’t be surprised if he committed, but I wouldn’t say you should expect it. He’s said before that he plans to take a few more visits.
