Terps top the "others receiving votes" with 100, meaning they come in at 26. There are some huge question marks, in my opinion, that are ahead of the Terps, most notably Georgetown at 21. And I just can't believe UNC as a top 5 team (they're number 4). THEIR STARTING 5 ARE GONE! I'm not denying they have talent on their team, but how do you rank a team that high with a bunch of unproven players? It just blows my mind. More on all of this later today.
