Jin Soo Kim's appeal to the NCAA about a course for students who speak english as a second language has been granted, effective immediately and he'll be able to again play in games, starting tomorrow against Miami.  Very strange situation here, not sure exactly what is going on.  At the BC game, the Athletic Department handed out a press release saying Kim was ineligible and Gary spoke about it briefly during his press conference, saying that he thought Kim's grades were fine and didn't understand him being declared ineligible.
